Appointments
Our business office can assist you with your scheduling concerns. You may contact one of our Scheduling Coordinators by phone or request an appointment via our web site It is our goal to be on time for your scheduled appointments. We schedule exclusive time periods for you, rather than double scheduling patients. As we extend this courtesy to you, we ask that if you need to change your appointment, you would give us at least 24 hours notice, preferably more, so we can accommodate patients who desire that time.
Insurance and Billing
As a service to you, we will be glad to send out claims to your insurance company. We will certainly do our utmost to help you receive the benefits entitled you. As some treatment plans are more extensive, our office can offer you, at no charge, the service of sending a predetermination request to your insurance company, before treatment. This allows you to plan prior to treatment what the insurance benefit will pay as well as the amount of your co-payment. Please let out Financial Coordinator know if you would like us to provide this service for you. Our office participates with Blue Cross and Delta Dental Insurance Companies.
In an effort to keep costs down, your portion of the balance is expected at the time of service. A 5% cash courtesy is available to those patients without dental insurance/benefits who pay their balance on or before the day of treatment with a 10% discount allowed for orthodontic treatment. To make it easier for you, the use of check, cash, VISA or MasterCard are available methods of payment.
Facilities and Equipment
Our office works hard to offer you the best technology and work practices available. We spend many hours attending continuing education classes to stay informed of current dental theory and practices. We have invested in digital x-ray to decrease your exposure to radiation and improve the doctor's diagnostic ability. We use intraoral photography with a 19 inch monitor to help show and educate you about the health of your teeth. We have Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) available in each operatory for patients who need it. Dr. Cameron uses special eyewear (loops) to magnify the tooth by 2.5 times so that he can perfect the detail of your restoration. As always, we will continue to incorporate proven technologies that improve the quality of care for our patients.
